Kiora - 18x24cm, acrylic and oil pastel on canvas. This piece was especially challenging because of the scale - the animals, when viewed up close, are roughly the size of a fingernail. Capturing that tiny detail while keeping the softness and presence took a lot of care and patience.

A red panda sits calmly among flowers while a rabbit hops over the fields, both set against soft clouds in the background. The pastel colours on the semi-abstract painting create a dreamlike, mysterious atmosphere, as if these characters exist somewhere between reality and imagination.
