European Union 14-Day Cancellation Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, without signs of wear, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Customers Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, returns are not automatically guaranteed. Please contact us before initiating any return so that we can assess the situation.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the item, except in cases of proven defect or transport damage.

 

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, without signs of wear, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom or personalised artworks cannot be returned unless they present defects or transport damage.

 

Return Shipping

Returns are subject to a return fee according to the shipping rate table available on the website.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item. Ideally, the original packaging materials should be reused.

Packaging must follow these guidelines:

  • No empty spaces inside the box

  • Use soft internal padding (foam, polystyrene, bubble wrap)

  • Use a rigid outer packaging (strong cardboard box)

The customer must send photos of the artwork and the final packaging via the contact page before shipping the return.

If the item is damaged during return transit due to failure to follow these instructions, repair costs may be deducted from the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

 

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order artworks unless they are defective.
